Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Walk-in customers are more than welcome during our normal business hours.  Appointments are appreciated and please note we are open by appointment only on Saturdays during the months of June, July and August.

Q: Are alterations included in the price of my gown?

A: Alterations are not included in the price of gowns but we will supply you with a list of seamstresses in the area.

Q: Can you order a gown I saw in a bridal magazine?

A: Formalities can special order any gown made by a designer whose dresses we currently carry.

Q: Do you offer shipping services?

A: Yes. If your wedding is in another state or country, simply let us know. We can ship your gown to any destination worldwide.

Q: Do you offer dress preserving services?

A: Yes, we offer exclusive preservation services for wedding gowns and veils.
